NOTES:

1. Please send ALL ads electronically to: nabeehsouvenirjournal@gmail.com. Pictures must be sent electronically in JPEG, TIFF, or GIF format.
2. Ads with text can be sent electronically in Microsoft Word format or PDF format.
3. All information on the ad contract should be typed and verified for spelling of names & titles – print-ready.
4. Mail payment, ad contract, and a hard copy of the completed ad (picture and text) to the address listed below. (All payments must be received before electronic ads will be accepted)
5. The deadline for ALL contracts is September 30, 2025. No contracts and/or payments will be accepted after this date.
6. A $50 service fee will be charged for all returned checks.
